Shoulder Injection (Injection Molding of the Threaded Shoulder Neck, Commonly Known as the Injection Head)
This is a key process that distinguishes cosmetic soft tubes from industrial soft tubes:
- A single straight tube is positioned and placed into the injection mold;
- High-pressure injection molding of molten PP/PE material integrally forms the threaded neck, shoulder, and liquid outlet at one end of the tube body;
- After pressure holding and cooling, the mold is opened and demolded, and the tube neck is formed, suitable for flip caps, screw caps, pointed caps, butterfly caps, etc.;
- Defective products (insufficient material, overflow, cracks, eccentricity) are directly rejected by manual and visual inspection. There are two production line modes: fully automatic continuous shoulder injection and semi-automatic single-machine shoulder injection.
- Incoming Quality Control(IQC)Inspect raw materials,parts,and accessories to control quality and ensure product quality form the source.
- Input Process Quality Control(IPOC)Inspect the product during the manufacturing process,continue processing if it is qualified,terminate if ti is not qualified,adjust and correct it before proceeding with processing.
- Final Quality Control Conduct a 100% full inspection pf the finished product, remove products that do not meet customer quality standards, and confirm that all products meet customer requirement.
- Outgoing Quality Control(OQC)Strictly conduct spot checks on packaged products and confirm once again that all products meet customer requirement.
- Quality Control Laboratory(LAB) Perform functional test on samples and bulk products to ensure product meet customer’s acceptance criteria.
- The workshop mass-produces according to the confirmed drawings and printing artwork. Upon completion, the factory conducts a full internal inspection: quantity, appearance, silkscreen/hot stamping colorfastness, cap sealing, and absence of damage or scratches.
- Inner packaging: Individual bottles are wrapped in PE bags/bubble bags to prevent scratches; hoses and pump heads are sorted and packaged separately to avoid damage during transportation.
- Outer carton packing: The agreed-upon number of cartons is packed into five-layer corrugated outer cartons. The outer cartons are printed with front and side markings (customer logo, product name, PO number, carton number, gross weight/net weight/volume, MADE IN CHINA, fragile/upward marking).Warehouse inventory check, issuance of a packing list detailing (total number of cartons, quantity per carton, gross and net weight per carton, total volume CBM).
